Started with an Artsy Layered Template No. 152 -
Placed Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Palette Et Voil as my Background
Moved the frames to fit better with my paper
Clipped my photos and an artsy paper to the clipping masks
Placed LifeScripted WordART, applied the overlay blending mode
Added MultiMedia Bursts and UrbanThreadz
Finished by adding ArtPlay Palette Et Voil Brushes and Elements
