Art Journaling--Challenge 5 for August.
In the Houston area, it is sizzling, like most of the country and we often don't really get relief until October, but I'm so looking forward to a break in the heat. At 107 heat index--and my AC went out, it's sweltering!

I am so sorry about your ac. What a horrible time to be without.

Great page. Love all the fonts and I think the light glow behind leaving the heat behind gives such a great feeling of hot.

No ac? Ack!! I hope it's fixed by the time you read this. Meanwhile, I love the elegance of your art journaling page. It's a technique I wouldn't have thought to try, but you did it beautifully. I especially like the glows and the golden font.

AMEN to that, Terry! I'm ready to leave this oppressive heat behind, too! Fall is my favorite season, but it seems to be very short here in NC because it stays hot so long! Great page!
