I was inspired by the Brush Bundle.

Process:
Started with Solid Paper 3. I used Ctrl>I to invert the color. I painted with a few Splatter Brushes in white. Then with the Magic Wand, I selected a few areas on the splatters to color (I unchecked continuous). Then I added a couple of layers with the Charcoal Brush under the Splatter Brushes.

I moved the four frames from Artsy Layered Template 299 to the page and clipped four pictures to the masks using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. I placed lace under the photos. I used the magic wand to select the center of the lace and added color to the selections.

Lastly, I added word art for the title.
