We often discuss moving away from near downtown, but in fact we love our downtown, go there often, enjoying the sights, history and architecture. I know we would miss it, very much.
Using inspiration from one of the aA Year of ArtPlay sessions, this scene was formed.

Process:
Palette artsy paper 4 was placed on a new background.
My photo was set adding an inverted mask and using Artsy Blending brush4_2 the photo area was revealed. The photo was duplicated 5 more times (blend modes: screen, hard light) the 3rd copy was ran through find edges filter and set on screen blend mode at 35%, duplicated and set on linear burn at 35%).
Palette transfers 6 and 7 were placed left and right sides.
The palette psd frame was brought in and placed beneath the photo and transfer layers and the mask turned off.
MM1_2 psd was placed over the frame and transfer on the left, and the palette leaf was added beneath the MM element with a hue/sat adjustment.
Palette LoveWordArtMix High and Inhale were placed on the left and right sides among the transfers on lighten blend mode.
Love WordART Love was placed on the building window on hard light blend mode.
Palette brushes were stamped on their own layers for added texture and color interest, some blend modes were set to screen or linear burn. One brush was stamped on the edges for framing and set to screen blend mode.
Palette elements were added.
Take Flight 2 brush and Urban Stitchez12_9 finished the page.
