I didn't have a photo to play with so I made a layout without photos but could add a photo if I take one this Halloween. Took inspiration from the song This is Halloween from the movie Nightmare Before Christmas.

process: Began with a dark background paper & 2 artsy transfers. Moved layers around, duplicated some, recoloured some with adjustment layers, fill layer & blending modes to create a moody October scene. Placed the photo frame to highlight & create depth of the path, rolling fields & cloudy sky. Altered the frame with recoloured & distressed with brush, triangular labels. Created a title with beads, threadz & altered wordart. Embellished with elements & notions- some with added blending modes so they appear to hide in the shadows & others with drop shadows. Artstroke & fotoglow placed behind new moon notion for more moodiness. Created a large frame to contain scene by placing a resized solid paper over background paper & adding a neon bevel style. Adjusted colours & opacity of style layers.
