Construction: I used ArtPlay Palette Meraki Solid Paper #4, duplicated with blending mode Multiply for the background. I added the extracted flower from a public domain photo from PxHere. I added a drop shadow, outer glow and using the same solid paper, clipped it with blending mode Darken at 50% opacity, adding texture to the flower giving it a more painted look.
I added transfers, overlays, brushes, art strokes, splatters and the Stitched Heart from the palette.
For the word art, I used the Meraki WordART Clusters No 1 #5 under the flower and one transfer.
