Process
I blended 2 papers together lowering the opacity of the top paper down
I ran the photo through the Filter Gallery and applied paint daubs, added a lighten blending mode, duplicated it and added a screen blending mode.
I then clipped my photograph to a FotoBlendz.
Many brushes, transfers and overlays were placed and recoloured.
Finally I added some elements and a title
