I made a sketchbook traveling page
I extracted the lady with the suitcase from the photo. I run a lot of Artistic filters on this extraction, in different Blendmodes. I blended parts in with the help of a layermask. When I had them merged, I copied it and blended the copy in under the photo and nudged and blurred it.
I opened a new letter sized file and placed my background.
Then I started playing with transfers and brushes, stitches and wordart. Placing things over and under the photo.
I gave it a sketchpage look with the NoteBook brushes.
