Whats the story on this one? Looks like the family gathered around for some type of celebration at Mom and Dads. Could be for any number of occasions but this one was Zebs 16th birthday. But theres always more. There is always the rest of the story and this is no exception. Do you see the silverware setting on the table? One of
the forks was a wedding gift to my parents. We ate with that silverware while I was
growing up. And the bowl is full of Grandma Johnsons potato salad. She used to serve it in a bowl just like this. Mom had those bowls for awhile when I was in high school. But she let the dogs eat out of them. So the lovely antique bowls were ruined. But a few years ago, Dad saw a bowl at an antique store. And he bought it for me for
Christmas. He told me that he thought the potato salad would taste more like Grandmas in this bowl. He was right. And that is the rest of the story.
