I love the bright colours that are in ArtPlay Palette Chatter. I found the perfect photo to highlight them.

I used Artsy Template No 86 as part of a background and added Papers from the Palette to create some vision of striped colours.

I then created a grey background inside the frame, so I could clip the image inside.

I then added the various brush strokes and Stitchez to embellish the final piece.
