The lovely new Pictorial Pier brushes by Anna Aspnes make creating a layout from scratch quite simple, and always elegant.

On a new blank canvas, APP Sage_Solid Paper 3 was placed, and two layers of Pier brush 7 were stamped, one layer on color burn. Next, I placed Posy Artsy Transfers 2 and 3 psd files, manipulating the layers to fit beneath the brushed scene. Multiple brushes from APP Scenic were added, along with two Palm Tree brushes on either side of the layout, incorporating various blend modes and opacities on them. WordArt and several palette elements were placed for the cluster.
