I made a watercolor version of my photo and used a lot of transfers over it to enhance it even more.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz. I handpainted some more color in on the photomask on the clouds above the boats. Under that layer I blended another sketchy treatment of the photo in with a layermask. I placed the backgroundpaper (I used some blurred transfers to get more pink on several parts of the page) I wanted to get an evening red (sunset look). I placed all the brushes and transfers. I placed the elements and the Wordart. I made a kind of frame with the strokes.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
