Process
A solid paper from APP Pinery was used as the foundation for the page. The image of the sunflower was extracted, duplicated with the blending mode changed to screen (reduced opacity), duplicated again with a torn paper filter added (foreground color changed to yellow/orange, background color change to a light brown). The blending mode of this layer was changed to vivid light with a reduced opacity. The layers were merged. The merged layer was duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light, with a reduced opacity. A custom shadow was added to the first merged layer of the sunflower. Then the fun with color and texture began. Textures from APP Pinery and APP Gadabout were added, using a hard light blending mode. Transfers from APP Shine, Autumn Cheer and Gadabout were added. A transfer from APP etVoila was clipped to the title. The word transfer was layered under the title. The page was completed by splashing the page with splatters and adding dimensional embellishments.
