This is a photo of our son in a chair that all children adopted through our agency sit in before coming home to their families.
Journaling reads: While we waited for you to come home from Korea, we only had a single picture of you that had been posted to Holt's web site. In that photo, you were only about 10 days old (but so very cute!) About a week before we got the call that you were on your way, Daddy got home from school and found a package with a picture in it waiting in the mail. He called me at work and was very excited for me to rush home so that we could open it together. I told him to go ahead and open it himself. He got very quiet and sighed. I asked what was wrong and he replied that "they sent a picture of the wrong kid." When I got home and saw this photo, I could see that it was you, but you really did look SO MUCH DIFFERENT! Daddy stared and stared and could not stop talking about how cute you were!
