Process: Clipped copies of the photo to several, joined Festal transfers and placed on Festal Artsy Paper 2. Clipped Festal Artsy Paper 1 to the WordART. Added and recolored Brushes 11, 13, and 16 from APP Festal. Used Spackle texture to anchor photo. Clipped gold portion of Festal Transfer 3 to Festal scroll Brush 13. Finished with three dimensional elements from MM Branches and APP Festal.
