The Dancing Mermaids was created from Annas new brush kit Mermaids 1 and I used Artsy Transfers Surfs Up to create the background.

I manipulated several layers out of Transfers 3 and 4 to get the underwater scene I was hoping to portray.

I then duplicated the Mermaids several times to place them where I wanted them to be and added several layers of the Mini Dots from Mini Dots 2 and then the wording from Mermaids 1 to complete the piece.

I hope it portrays a playful underwater scene of some pretty mermaids.
