Process:
On a new 12x12 background, Tinselry sp2 was placed, Rejoice transfers 4 and 7 were added.
The UrbanThreadzFrames set was placed, turning off one frame.
The Fotoblendz mask was added, photos (indystar credit) were clipped to the FB mask, and UF masks.
WordArt and elements completed the layout
