I found this photo in my grandmother's album. I can't be sure if the woman standing in front of the car is her, but she did wear the same style of glasses. The story came from my 90 year old aunt ... a memory of dissent between her father and her grandfather.

Process
A solid paper from APP Fernweh was used as the foundation of the page. The photo was extracted, duplicated 2 more times with the blending modes changed to soft light and screen (reduced opacity). The Cars 1 brush 2 was identical to the car in the photo and used to add some texture. It was flipped horizontally, resized and recolored and layered above the photo layer. Several transfers, overlays and artstrokes were added. Word art, dimensional embellishments and a MM Branches 10 psd file (fish and shell layers turned off) were added to complete the page.
