I made the photo artistic with the Artistic filters from photoshop and Topaz Impression.
I opened a new file and I clipped my photo to a Melange FotoBlendz.
I placed the backgroundlayer.
I added the transfers and brushes and the frames.
I added the elements and the text.
I merged the page and did some sharpening.
