This is a template from the Tango Collab kit. I rotated it 90 degrees, copied the swoosh to the bottom so it is on both the top and bottom, then deleted the flower elements, and deleted the small photo frames. I then duplicated the photo I wanted to use so I had two that matched. I wanted the group photo as it turned out nicely, so I added that to the bottom.
This kit is perfect because my daughter was born on the 5th of May, Cinco de Mayo!
