This is an ATC.
The picture is of the pills my 102-year old mother is supposed to take daily. I have to be on her CONSTANTLY to take the pills, otherwise she won't do it. She DOES struggle with taking pills with water, but the top three pills are baby aspirin that she just has to put in her mouth. And she still won't do that! "Take your pills," is something I say CONSTANTLY.
The six elements are the word "Health" on the picture, the torn picture frame, the strip of blue paper on the right side, the brown "swirl" on the left, the owl flair, and the "talk balloon."
