I started with my photo. I made the photo look softer and more retro.
I opened a new document.
I clipped my photo to a FlutterBy FotoBlendz.
Tip: sometimes I dont use the whole photo to cover the mask. Then I clip a duplicate of the photo flipped horizontal or vertical again on the mask to cover the parts that need it! If it is a small area that needs color I do a Ctrl click on the thumbnail to select and I brush the same color in (picked with the color picker)

I placed the backgroundpaper.

I added all the transfers and the brushes, and the elements from MM Hearts.

I added the WordArt and the strokes.

I merged the layers and gave the page a warm photofilter at 10%
