Ive captured the assistant of Saint Nicolas:
he (in fact: she!) was at the carecenter where Ive a job
celebrating Saint Nicolas birthday on dec 5th.
Traditionally we receive the first letter of our first name in sweet chocolate.

But did you know the birthday of St. Nicolas is actually on Dec. 6? We celebrate it at the evening before, just like Christmas Eve. The story is that he was such good man he didn't want to celebrate his B-day, instead of that he did want to give all the good children presents. (That's what I learned about St. Nicolas).
