Sunset over SF Bay

Ive lived in the Bay Area all my life and I never tire of a beautiful SF Bay Sunset.
The original photo was taken by my brother but I had lots of fun playing with the color.

Process:
Play a background paper from AP City Limits.
Process your photo to the color of your choice using the enhance tools in PS/PSE.
I created three photo layers: normal mode, pin light (35%), darken mode (100%).
Clip the photo layers to a clipping mask or transfer.
Place various CoolGlows No.1 (or the glows and blending modes of your choice)
over the photos. I used color burn and pin light modes.
Complete the page by adding WordArt and a red button for color interest.
