We found this fun street mural outside of historic St. Malo, France.

The photo is clipped to FotoBlendz Overlay 13. Other transfers and overlays ground the image. The flying birds received a thin stroke to make them look more like a sticker. AMP Oiseau elements create the small cluster for the titles. The patterned paper creates the textures of boards and is set to Multiply Blending Mode.
