Here's another one using the new Scenic Layered Template Album and ArtPlay Rainbow Collection.
Process: First, drove around stopping to take pictures of the sky. Then using the Scenic template clipped photo to mask. Duplicated photo and blended copy into mask where first photo didn't cover. Adjusted light with a Levels adjustment layer. Moved the small frames and clipped photos. Levels adjustment and hue/sat adjustment layers applied so photos 'blended' better with large photo. Placed artsy transfer behind the frames and moved layers to 'frame' the frames. Added wordart and rainbow embellishment. Finished with splatters and some final blending and adjustment of the layers.
