Eleanor did some research for the Food Science event. She thinks there's chemistry involved. Her uncle think the answer is "you didn't eat them fast enough."
What a great layout to document a rite of passage for so many students! I remember science fair days with fond memories for sure! I also love the observation about chips going stale because they are not eaten fast enough!Ha!Ha!
