Alan remembered going to this restaurant
while he was younger. So, while we were in
St. Augustine we made sure we went to
Santa Marias. It wasnt the best food, but it
was so much fun! It was out over the water.
We had little trap doors? that you could drop
bread down to the fish and out on a ledge to
the pigeons. We threw out lots of
different things for them to try,
like bread, Sour Patch Kids, lemons
and several other things. We did
learn that fish arent picky & they
flocked? together
when wed drop
something in the
water. The birds
were a different
story! They only ate
the bread! Well
probably never eat
there again, but I
dont think we will
ever forget it
