Process
The template was dragged onto a 12x12 blank document.
My photograph was run through the Filter Gallery using paint daubs and poster edges then duplicated and clipped to the framed masks.
I added elements from MultiMedia Documents underneath the frames.
A ribbon, bloom, buttons and WordART was added to the left of the layout.
