How can you create this page:
1. use an artsy paper and put a solid textured paper on with hard light layer style
2. use oil paint effect and duplicate the layer
3. use glowing edges filter on the top layer, change the layer style to luminosity and use invert layer on it. Finally use gradiant map on this layer.
4. put a frame to the middle of the photo and use layer mask with a soft brush to remove the part out of frame
5. put a frame on around the back photo. use invert filter and remove with layer mask on few places the invert filter. Use layer mask with some brushes to blending the photo.
6. put some elements (WA, brushes and harlequin) to the back photo
7. put a big clock hand and make a 3D shadow. put some number-buttons on it.
8. Use textures on the top and botton of the photos
9. put overlays around your page.
