I used an artsy paper as background. Above my photo is blended in Darken mode. I replicated it three times. For the background I reduced the opacity to 50% and which is within the frames I left at 100%. I added transfers under and above the photo. The frames are embedded in Multiply mode. And I colorized the WordArt with transfers.
