Process: I started with to open Artsy Layered Template No 199. I placed an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Oasis as the background. I recolored the frame masks to white and clipped transfers from ArtPlay Palette Oasis to each of these. All transfers got the effect Bevel & Emboss and some was recolored into a blue shade. The stains and textures were also recolored into different colors and I changed the blend modes for some. I clipped the big photo to the mask in the right corner and added adjustment layers for Hue/Saturation and Levels. I finished the page with a title and gave it a stroke as an effect. I also added my journaling and some embellishments from ArtPlay Palette Oasis.
