I combined a couple of Vicki Stegall's new "Slightly Off" templates for this layout. Look for them in the Oscraps store 12/1! They're so easy and fun to use.
The papers and alpha are from the Gift oscraps.com collaborative kit. (I recolored them to match my pictures)
The snowflakes are Vicki's Let it Snow lazer cut snow flakes (aren't they fun!)
