Yep, we had snow in Austin. Rarely happens and when it does, it freaks everyone out. We had a whopping 1 inch in my neighborhood, yet the schools were closed the next day. In our city's defense, it had rained earlier in the day, so there was a layer of ice underneath the snow on the roads. And no one in this town knows how to drive on ice. But the kids on my block had a blastbaby snowmen were everywhereuntil about 2 in the afternoon when they melted.

Process notes:
I opened up the template and clipped my photos to the masks. Used ArtsyPaper No. 1 from ArtPlay Palette Reflection as my background. I changed the blend mode to luminosity on the photos of the trees. On the upper photo, I added a recolored fotoGlow behind it to match the colors in the snowman photo. WordArt and journaling were the finishing touch.
