Photo was duplicated and the top layer was changed to black and white. The opacity of the black and white photo was decreased to reintroduce the color from the original layer. This technique allowed me to tone down the brightness of the original photo.

Photo was clipped to clipping mask and framed.

Multiple transfers and brushes were recolored and blended into the design.

Elements were added along the frame and the edge.

WordART was added to convey the message.
