Process
A solid paper from APP Salute was used as the fountation for the page. The flag was created by vertically aligning several Thin Strips Masks and clipping a solid red paper to them. An APP Red White Blue transfer was clipped to the top strip. The image was extracted with a custom shadow added. A glitter style was added to the title. The page was completed by adding dimensional embellishments, splatters, stains, transfers and stars.
