I got this photo effect by blending with Creations by Tinamarie's Italian Coffee Blending paper. You can do this same thing with your photo by following this processing recipe in any photo editor that allows blending:

1. Basic exposure edits.
2. Below picture, add paper "CTM_Blends2", color blending mode at 60%
3. Below above layer, add paper "CTM_Blends2", multiply blending mode at 65%
4. Create a layer mask on this layer (the one that is multiply blending mode) and using a round brush on black to "erase" the paper over any skin, hair, and clothing. If you don't have a layer mask option, you can accomplish this step by very carefully erasing the paper itself.
