Although I grew up in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., I was surrounded by plots of land; 3 acre to the front and 2 on the side and our dirt driveway was sandwiched between the two. Our dirt driveway was full of pot holes that filled with water. And housed frog eggs. So began my love affair with frogs.
