Creative Process:
Used a large soft eraser on the hard edges of photo.
Placed frame over photo with edges of photo showing on top, left and bottom.
Used a large soft eraser to erase top right and lower left and bottom of frame to create the OOB effect.
Place the blue sea stamp underneath the photo/frame.
Created the cluster and added shadows.
Added fish stamp just under the edge of the cluster. Added word art and title.
Resized frame to 12X12 placed it on bottom layer then reduced the rest of the page to 10X10.
