This is my first time posting in this forum so I hope I do it right. I'm kind of new to PSE so I'm not very experienced at the program so I just did the best I could.
This is my dad who served in the US Navy and was stationed on an aircraft carrier.
The photo of the carrier is from Google images and the photo of my dad in his uniform is mine. I did manage to fix the photo of my dad because it was sort of crumpled up.

Well, a man in uniform always catches my attention, my family is full of veterans. Welcome to the O! You will love it here and I speak from experience, I've only been here a few months myself, but these wonderful, kind, welcoming people wrap you in a warm blanket of friendship that feels like home. No one is judging skills here we just love seeing new layouts. Your dad looks like the era of my Pops. I just love the way you framed what looks like his enlistment photo, the frame is so true to the era. Your clusters are beautiful. Once again, welcome aboard.

Welcome Kathleen! I'm new here like Jeanne, and my dad was in WWII so military pages capture my attention as well. You'd never know you did a repair on the photo as it looks excellent, and the collection is just perfect for these military photos. Excellent work and you successfully posted your first layout! I hope to see more!!
