Journaling says: My favorite hobby right now is scrapbooking. I started scrapping a little over 15 years ago.
It was fun to share that love with my three daughters! We all learned at the same time. We've
spent a lot of time over the years playing together. Those special times warm my heart!
After my girls started their families, their time to scrap was reduced! But they had so many
fun stories to share, that I had to keep up scrapping the fun stories. Occasionally, I'm now
blessed by scrapping with some of the grandchildren! I even taught Debbie's girls how to
digi-scrap a year or so ago! They caught on so quickly, and now we can share that love!
My favorite kind of layouts are when I can tie generations together with similar activities.
I recently tied three generations together with a horseback riding lesson! I want the grandchildren
to realize that at one time Grandma and Grandpa were a lot like them. I want them to know
we enjoyed some of the same things they do now!
I'd love to do more family research so I can share some of that information on my pages too!
Before I started scrapping, I was heavily involved in family genealogy research. I'd love to get
that all documented with scrapbook pages! That would be so much fun!
