I threw the photos on to the page and let the magic happen
Background - Solid Paper from ArtPlay Ukiyo.
Used Framed Masks for the Oz photos.
Created a lacy frame for my photo on the left (adjusted to black and white) with Straight Line Stitching, simply "cutting" pieces and rotating them, on the right I used a Corner Slit Frame.
Blended a photo of a beautiful stand of striped crocus using FotoBlendz Overlays, then added another Flower under Oz on the left for balance.
The Rainbow in the background is from Pixabay, added to match Oz's onesie (which was a little ruffled - he has a lot of hand me downs from friends - and made him look like a little girl).
Romance Brushes (colored with Watercolor brushes) and Paper Textures added to the background.
