Process
First I ran my photo through the filter gallery in PS and used poster edges.
I dragged the ALT onto a solid paper background . I moved and positioned the photo frames then dragged the photograph onto the canvas. I clipped the photo to the first mask then duplicated the photograph 3 times and without moving the image clipped the photos to the individual masks. Elements and WordART were added.
