A mix of Anna and 2012-52 Inspirations.the perfect mix for me to remember and celebrate.

Remembering my dad whose birthday would have been this month. He passed away back in 1988. I still miss him and wish my kids could have known him. He'd have loved them both and appreciated their great sense of humor. This picture is classic- a slight smile and relaxing with a cold beer. (I think I now understand where my son may have inherited his new love of beer brewing!) Just remembering today..............with a smile. Cheers.

This is just beautiful..not ifs, ands or nuts about it! Love your journaling...know exactly what you mean about wishing your children could have known him..my youngest son though is remarkably like my Dad in so many ways and he was just a baby when my Dad died in 1985. Your page is just perfect...the right touch of grunge and lots of love.

i think that's the greatest tribute to someone who is gone: to be able to remember him with a smile. beautiful.

What a lovely way to rememer your dad, I see the same smile on you! I really love how you put this together, so reminiscent of the era. (I have the same kind of photos, dad with a bottle of beer lol, my kids never knew him either)

I think scrapping is one of the best ways to 'connect' with a missed loved one. Love that slight smile and your color palette! Donna, I raise my cup to you and say 'Cheers' to your Dad!

Donna this is such a loving and lovely tribute to your dad. He looks like such a sweet man. And you do resemble him! I don't guess we ever stop missing them, but every day a little bit of them seems to show up right in front of us; in our kids, or the decisions we make or just in a nice memory...
