Beverly's beautiful inspiration design reminded me of one of my earliest Christmas memories. When I was about 4, my family visited Christmas Village, an amusement park, outside of Chicago. They had "real reindeers!" Seeing them made me firmly believe in Santa and his yearly journey.

Process notes:
I opened up the template and clipped my focal photo to the watercolor mask. I clipped the same photo to the lower two frames on the right side. I clipped two reindeers from MultiMedia Reindeers to the other frames. Since the top reindeer was an embellished stamp, I changed the mask color to a soft grayish brown. I recolored the stitchez to better match the colors. Used SolidPaper No. 1 from ArtPlay Palette Snow Fun as my background. WordArt and the reindeer charm were the finishing touch.

Thanks so much for looking.
A reindeer on the rooftop! That's the secret! When the kids were small, I used to stamp hoofprints in the snow around the house--well, they were kind of abstract hoofprints, being that it's not like I had an actual hoof to stamp with, but it took a looooong time for them to figure it out. Brings back memories. Thanks!
