I created the page by first using a solid paper.

I added transfers then placed the element journal on the bottom left of the page.

A family photograph was added and a colour burn blending mode applied I then clipped it to the journal.

A word transfer was clipped, the I added various embellishments to the journal.

Finally I placed a label and added some text.
