Raindrops on Ladys Mantle

I bought this Ladys Mantle plant from a neighbor selling plantlets from her garden for $3, and planted it in the back yard near my mossy path. It has adapted well. The 4 fan-shaped leaves have tiny teeth at the edges which catch the rain and dew in droplets like a tiny necklace. Apparently this phenomenon, along with the beading of water droplets on the leaves, is called the lotus effect.

Splendid.. I have lady's mantle in a location outside my bedroom window.. my cat loves to mash it down and sleep there in the shade in the afternoon. I think she likes the "fuzziness" of the leaves, maybe.Love the dotted paper from lush..good match.

Pretty photos. Love the old pages of a journal effect and the stitchez holes.

The photos are incredibly detailed! I love the paper textures you use capture the edges!
