Journaling says:
We saw you first on the Internet. We had lost our beloved Cocker Spaniel, and were heartbroken! You looked like you needed us. You had been taken to the pound by your previous owners. I cant imagine anybody ever giving you up, but they did.

We went to the pound to meet you. When they brought
you out to us, we knew you were the dog for us.
You werent that sure. You walked around the pen
like you were looking for someone that wasnt there.
Now that we know you so well, were sure you were looking for the humans that you loved, whether they had loved you or not. You are a very loyal little dog!

We told the authorities that we wanted you to come home with us, but we had to wait until the next day because our pound requires all dogs leaving the facility be fixed.

We picked you up the next day, and ever since then, youve been OUR dog. Our special gift. Now you love us as we love you. We'll take care of you forever because
this is your forever home.
