Process

I created my own background paper by layering paper from the Veranda Palette then 3 textures from 2Little Owls and one from Julie Mead.

I applied various blending filters to create a rich textured green background.

My photograph was processed in iColorama on my iPad then transferred to Photoshop.

The photograph was resized then duplicated and a soft light blending mode applied.

I added a white solid paper from the palette above the photo and applied a soft light blending mode at 75%.

The photo and paper layer were grouped and an inverted mask added to the group.

I brushed in the areas I wanted.

A frame was added below the photograph layers and areas were brushed out.

Layers of Artsy Transfers, and word transfers were applied and recoloured as necessary.

I added a Layered Edge overlay and recoloured it.

Finally a quote, threadz and buttons were added.
