Process An Artsy Paper with the colour adjusted via Image>Adjustments>Hue and Saturation is the background for this layout. Three copies of my focal image were placed onto the layout with different blending modes applied to each layer. They were further blended via a Layer Mask and Brushes. Supporting images and an artsy paper were clipped to the mask layer of the frame clipping set. Textures were placed below the image and Splatters, Dimensional elements, Urban Stitches and WordArt completed the page.
